Citizens of Vatican City - Holy See can complete their application using this form to obtain a Visa to India, all visa application from Vatican City - Holy See will be processed within 1 to 3 days. Vatican City - Holy See citizens can apply for Indian tourist, business, medical visa, e-Medical Attendant, and e-Conference Visa. This Visa Application form only for Vatican City - Holy See citizens*.

  • The patient/person must be arriving in India for his/her medical treatment from other countries. (Only for patients coming from out of India ).
  • Copy of Letter from the Hospital concerned in India on its letterhead which includes the date / tentative date which admission has been suggested.
  • Medical attendants will arrive in India with the patient from other countries. Both patient and attendants should arrive together.
  • The patient already present in India or Indian nationality patients will not be considered for this visa.
  • For Medical attendants visa application, a patient visa number required, Please, first apply/get a medical visa for a patient.
  • Any letter of invitation if applicable from Indian parties which wish you conduct the business. With contact person details in India (phone number etc, to verify your arrival details.)
  • Validity: Visa Validity period is 30 days from the date of first arrival in India.
  • Entries: Double Entry, non-extendable and non-convertible.
  • Note: This ETA is not valid for entry into India from Land Immigration Check Posts.
  • Foreign nationals intending to visit India for Tourism are allowed to enter into India on e-Tourist Visa from November 15, 2021.
